Where We Ship

Thank you for supporting our small business! We ship anywhere in the United States, except Idaho and Kansas. As soon as we can, we will announce when we are able to ship internationally. Please email us and let us know which countries you’d like us to ship to and we’ll add you to our list. Hemp is still a no-no in some places, crazy as it may seem!

Delivery Times

Most Green Bee product orders will ship the day of or the day after your order is placed and we will notify you via email (or text if you share your mobile number) once your package is out for delivery. We give our packing team weekends off, so if your order is placed on a weekend (mid-day Friday MST through Sunday), your order will generally be shipped out on Monday. In rare cases, such as during extreme weather, it's possible that your order could take up to 3 business days to ship. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping Costs

We currently partner with UPS and USPS for shipping. Orders over $100 (after coupons or discounts are applied) ship free. As soon as we can afford to, we will expand our free shipping policy. 

Lost, Missing or Delayed Packages

Please contact the shipping agency (UPS, USPS, etc.) directly with the tracking number you receive from Green Bee Botanicals and have them look up your shipment. They will let you know the status of your lost, stolen or missing package. If you can't get a clear resolution from the shipper, please contact us at hello@greenbeebotanicals.com so we can help.
