Refunds

We want you to love the skin you’re in! That’s why we guarantee the potency, efficacy, and purity of every Green Bee product. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, email us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll replace, refund, or assist you further. If a return or replacement is approved, please ship and postmark your product within 7 days of receiving the approval email. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll promptly replace it or refund your purchase price to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

For replacements, refunds, or other assistance, please include the following in your email to hello@greenbeebotanicals.com within 30 days of receiving your product: 

  • Your first and last name
  • Order Number 
  • Brief explanation of the problem
  • Photo of product, if damaged

Lost, Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package seems lost or delayed, start by contacting the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) directly using the tracking number you received from Green Bee Botanicals. They will let you know the status of your lost, stolen, or missing package. If they can’t help, we’re here for you—reach out to us at hello@greenbeebotanicals.com, and we’ll work with you to sort it out.

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Sales items
  • Promotional or free items
  • Subscriptions (although you can cancel your subscription any time)
