Hemp seed oil is extracted by pressing hemp seeds. Cold pressed, unrefined hemp oil is dark to clear light green in color, with a nutty flavor. It should not be confused with CBD or CBG oil, which are made from the resin of the cannabis flower.
Hemp seed oil is an amazing ingredient, high in nourishing non-comedogenic omega-3s and omega-6s. Especially good on acne-prone skin and is a great anti-inflammatory.
